I am currently listening to Wally's Rhythm and Blues radio. It's pretty good. I enjoy listening to R&B occasionally and love the Blues. Jazz is OK, but I can only tolerate it for a little while before it starts hitting all the wrong buttons in my head and I am ready to bash the radio in (or whatever I happen to be listening on).
R&B Radio is on daily from 3PM to 6PM Monday to Friday. He's asking about suggestions for the show. What could be better? It could last longer as far as I am concerned, but that is about it. I have it saved in my favorites right now so that I can listen again on Monday afternoon.
One suggestion I could make is a bit less dead time between songs. I don't know what he is using as a server, but I know with shoutcast and winamp you can overlap the songs the same way you would hear on the radio. I know that a lot of "local" players will allow you to do this as well, including iTunes.
