SUPAHSTAR SATURDAY

This is a pretty cool idea. Basically it's a weekly meme that's going around. It requires that the participants give a bit of link love and talk about another blogger (the Saturday Supahstar) at some point on their blog within five days. After you have participated for five times you could be chosen the next week. It gives someone the chance to have their blog seen and get some linkage from people that may not have seen their page before.

I like the idea, because it is something to participate in, and gives me something to talk about at least once per week when I don't have anything else to blog on. Judging from from the quality of some of my posts recently, I need something else to write about.

This weeks featured blogger is Marcus Williford from My Thoughts. I have been there once or twice checking things out. His blog has been up for about five months now, he works, and goes to college as well. I tried that and just can't make it work, so have great admiration for anyone that can hold down a job AND school at the same time. He did a quick little write-up about his experience with Windows Vista on his Stepmother's computer here and posted some screenshots as well. I have been running Vista for quite awhile now and love it. If you get it, make sure you get the Ultimate version.

Marcus seems to post fairly regularly as well, which is nice.One thing I found browsing his blog was that he did a post on the Wednesday Hero. If you don't know what that is, you can check it out over here.

That's about it for now. I am not feeling much better, but unfortunately I have to go back in to work for shift change tonight. The boy cooked second shift for me tonight so that I could get some much needed rest, but I still haven't been able to fill the bucket yet darn it. Probably what will happen is that I will be able to about 11 PM tonight and I am damn sure not going to drive the bucket to the hospital at that time of night (they want fresh stuff).
