Maryland State House has passed a bill 81 to 57 that allows illegal immigrants to pay in-state tuition at state colleges. Currently they have to pay out-of-state tuition. My concern is this; if they are illegal immigrants, why are they even allowed to attend in the first place? The are NOT "undocumented" immigrants, they are illegal. Since they are not here legally, the opposite of that would mean that they are here Illegally. Why is that so difficult for people to understand?
