Since I got promoted I get a car allowance added to my check every two weeks. They pay for 100% of my gas, and I get something like $300 a month for an allowance. Not a bad deal. That works out to a $3900 a year raise not including the other bonuses that I get. Pretty sweet deal, huh? I had to call my insurance agent today to get a new car insurance quote since I had to add my company as an additional insured, make sure that I had at least 300,000/100,000 liability and 25k property and I also dropped the van off of the policy since I didn't bother getting tags for it this year anyway. I will probably be putting it in the classifieds next month or sell it on an auction site. I figure if I can get about $2500 on it I will be doing OK.
