Sometimes it's difficult not to just hit people or cuss them out. I spent fifteen minutes on the phone late last night on my way home from work with someone who wanted to argue semantics with me about something we have to do before they actually got to the point of what was really important. By the time he finally got to the point he had wasted the time of five different people including myself and probably pissed them off just as bad as he did me. Stupid fucker...

Actually no, it's one of my managers that can't follow a simple set of instructions and has to make it difficult for me as well as his employees. Apparently sometimes the easiest things to do are also the hardest things to do.
