I was surfing the net earlier and came across TIME's Top Ten List of Gadgets for 2007 and posted it at my tech site. Pretty neat list and while there are some things I would probably change on the list it is pretty complete.
They have 50 different top ten lists including one that made me laugh. The have the list of the Top Ten Man-Made Disasters up and of course topping the list is....
wait for it...
Global Warming.
Gasp.
Didn't see that coming, didja?

According to TIME 'Nobody doubts anymore that climate change is at least in part man made'. Well, uh, actually there are plenty of people that doubt it dudes. They mention ice caps melting and droughts in the southwest, Australia and Africa, floods in Bangladesh and Hurricanes and then go on to mention that the evens can't be tied absolutely to global warming. Then why mention them at all? What a load of horse dung.
The rest of the list are actual man-made 'disasters' that should have been included on the list. With the folks that made this list I am surprised that the war in Iraq wasn't on it.
