As I mentioned last week, things are starting to look nice at the house. If I have time Monday I will try and get some more shots of the flowers that are blooming. As it is, my Broccoli is doing great. Here's a bit from a week ago or so.

ALSO, the birds under my porch have hatched. The light was pretty low so I didn't get a very good shot. I will try and get a bit of video and some pictures in the next few days and post them here as well. RePete, my five year old, was very excited.

Mmmmmmmmmmmm, fresh broccoli from the garden!! I'm drooling. You have a nest under the porch? We have one in one of our pyracantha bushes...mockingbird. What birds are in your nest?
Come by to view my Green Thumb images if you can! I'd love to have you pay a visit!! Happy Sunday to you.
Richard, when you post the photo of the bush that is blooming - let me know okay? I'd love to see it. Around here, for some reason, I'm beginning to think it's the temperate zone....not too many 'blue' flowers bloom. I'd love to find something that would grow in our area that is really a 'true blue'.
Good luck with your broccoli patch! I've always wanted to try it but never have.
Happy GTS! Mine's up, too!
Yum, we bought some fresh broccoli at the farmers market yesterday. I might have a bash at growing my own next season.
Fresh broccoli sounds delish! Happy GTS,
Aiyana
i will get the link to the blogroll thing done as soon as possible :)
Yum, fresh veggies! We've been talking about a veggi patch for a long time, my husband will make sure there is a large brocoli section.
Very nice pic here. I hope the pics of the little birds come out soon. Can't wait to see them.
