Basically they were having a county commissioner's meeting on traffic tickets an one of the commissioners made the statement

Pretty innocuous statement actually. Only a race baiting bastard like Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton would find this a racist remark. of course John Wiley Price, who is black, said that type of language is unacceptable. WTF? Quit speaking in Ebonics and learn to speak a bit of proper english and you might learn what the reference to a black hole is. Another black official demanded an apology.
