I took this picture Friday night and wanted to share...

It's slightly blurry. I am still learning all of the setting in my camera and night shots are not something I am entirely comfortable with yet, although I am getting better at it. In between the grass and elephant ears is my small goldfish pond. Yep, I finally added fish a couple of months ago. The Elephant ears are getting bigger and bigger every year. Here's another angle to show you just how huge they are.

I will be adding to the yard in the next few weeks with some really amazing stuff I have recently gotten, although not right in that are. I planted a fig tree a couple of days ago and in posts right now I have an Apple tree, Cherry tree, Pomegranate (which will stay potted), Banana Tree and various other vines and clingy things to plant once they get bigger. Several of them are sprouting already but before I move them into the yard I want to make sure they will live.

It's a bit late in the season for some of this but we have such a long growing season i think they will be alright.
