David Galindo Garcia is a Dirty Old Man

Since 1991 David G. Garcia has allegedly been sexually abusing three female children between the ages of seven and nine. After years of sexual abuse the victims finally came forward. He was arrested at his home on Tuesday by Marion County Sheriff's detectives on several charges.

Garcia is a retired Oregon Department of Corrections officer and while his neighbors are feeling betrayed although at least a couple of them aren't surprised.

Apparently he had been acting inappropriately around some of the local teen girls lately as well so it was with no surprise to the neighborhood when the cops showed up at his door on Tuesday.

He is currently spending some quality time in the Marion County jail on eight charges including Sodomy, Attempted Rape, Sexual Abuse and Unlawful Penetration. He is being held without bail and has a pretrial hearing on Thursday October 30th.
