Michael Anthony Holder is a family therapist. He conducts at-home Dynamic Parenting Courses to help correct negative patterns in children's behavior. He is actually the owner of Delaney Creek Publishing (Creations End RPG) as well as the creator of the Dynamic Parenting System and it's been tested for the last ten years in schools as well as in-home services. This isn't about Dynamic Parenting or role playing though, it's about Holder, who has been arrested for domestic battery.
Hillsborough County Sheriff's deputies responded to a complaint that during an argument Michael Holder allegedly grabbed his 15-year-old stepson by the throat, restricting his breathing and that he also inflicted cuts to his face and arms as well as leaving a contusion on his left arm. Now that's some goddamn dynamic parenting if I've ever heard it.
Having had a teenage boy at home (until he went in the Marine Corps) I can understand the urge to choke the shit out of him, but the problem comes when you actually cross that line into action. That's one behavior that shouldn't be acted on.
The police report says that Holder denied strangling the boy but did admit to having touched him while attempting to remove him from his living quarters.

Michael Anthony Holder is currently being held in the Hillsborough County Jail with no bail, I guess until he receives a bond hearing.
